Mutton KOFTA



Recipe of Mutton KOFTA:




Many types of Veg/non kofta are made. It may be used as starter and as well as side dish of main course meal. It may be with gravy as well as dry. 

 Ingredients:

 Minced goat meat : 500 gms (Washed and drain it)

Gram flour (Sattu : 4-5 spoons

Ginger garlic paste : 1-2 spoons

Chopped Green Chili : 2-3 pcs

Gram masala powder: ½ spoon

Vegetable oil: To fry the tikki

Chopped Onion: 2-3 spoons

Chopped coriander leaves:  half cup

Salt: as per taste

Cumin powder: 1 spoon

Black pepper: half spoons

Coriander Powder: 01 spoon

दो लफ्ज़ !!

हाथ तूने यूँ छोड़ा के हम दुनिया ही छोड़ दिए
राहों से यूँ भटके के अपनी मंजिल ही खो दिए
ज़िन्दगी के माइने तलाशते तलाशते हम कहाँ पहुँच गए

नहीं है आसान इतना

इतनी छोटी सी ज़िन्दगी है चाहती हूँ तुम्हे खुश कर जाऊं 
जो देखा हो अरमान कभी वो पूरा कर जाऊं 

क्या पता कहाँ ज़िन्दगी की शाम हो जाये
शाम ढलने से पहले सुबह का अहसास दिल जाऊं 

चलते चलते कही ज़िन्दगी रुक न जाये
तुम्हे ज़िन्दगी के हर वो अहसास जगा जाऊं
क़दम रुकने से पहले बुलंदियों तक पहुंचा जाऊं
शाम ढलने से पहले सुबह का अहसास दिला जाऊं 

Mutton Tikki



Recipe of Mutton Tikki:



Ingredients:

 Minced goat meat: 500 gms (Washed and drain it)

Gram flour (Sattu)/Corn floor: 4-5 spoons

Ginger garlic paste: 1-2 spoons

Chopped Green Chili: 2-3 pcs

Gram masala powder: ½ spoon

Vegetable oil: To fry the tikki

Chopped Onion: 2-3 spoons

Chopped coriander leaves:  half cup

Salt: as per taste

Method: 


Washed and drain minced goat meat, boiled with salt and few drops of oil. Mash it with all ingredients like gram flour, ginger garlic paste, gram masala, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and salt (if required). Take 3-4 spoon of this mixture in both palm and make a tikki in shape.

Heat oil in a Pan to smoking point, deep fry all tikki on frying pan. Now serve these tikkies with salad and green chutney.

Time: 30-35 minutes

CHILI PANEER



RECIPE OF CHILI PANEER:



Paneer (Cottage cheese) : 200gms (cut small squire in shape)
Capsicum : 2 medium sizes Cut into thick strips
Spring onion : 1 bunch (cut into ½” sizes)
Ginger : Chopped 1 spoon (1/2” in size)
Garlic : Chopped 1 spoon
Green chili : 3-4 middle sliced
Onion : 3-4 small sizes (half and thickly sliced)
Soya sauce : 3-4 spoons
Chili sauce : 3 spoons
Tomato sauce : 5-6 spoons
Corn floor : 2 spoons (mix with water)
Salt : if required
Black Pepper : if you like
Vegetable Oil : To fry the Paneer

DUM ALOO




RECIPE OF DUM ALOO:

 



In india there are various types of traditional foods like Punjabi, Rajasthani, South Indian, Bangali foods. The popular dum aloo is a traditional north indian recipe wherein the aloo or potatoes are cooked with spices and tomato paste under pressure or dum. Devour the classic dum aloo ,cooked in a rich spicy gravy. As Dum aloo is concern its famous dish in all over India.


Ingredients:


Boiled Potato: 10-12 pieces small or medium size

Vegetable oil: to fry the potato

Tomato: 02 medium sizes

Corianders Leave: 01 small bunch

Cumin Seed:  half spoon

Cumin powder: half spoon

Black Pepper: 1/3 spoon

Curd: half cup

Ginger: Chopped half spoon

Garlic: Chopped half spoon

Green Chili: 2 -3 nos. half slice

Turmeric Powder: 1 spoon

Cashews Nut: 15-20 Pcs

Cream: If you like

Garam masala powder: 1 spoon

VEG MOMO



RECIPE OF VEG MOMO:




A momo is a type of Dumpling popular in parts of Asia. This food item is originally from the Nepali and Tibetan areas around the Himalayas. Other nearby Asian food cultures, like Mongolian and Chinese cuisines have similar forms of dumplings. There are different varieties of momo, such as fried and steamed momo. Momo are usually served with a dipping sauce normally consisting of tomatoes as the base ingredient, from which numerous variations can be made. Momo can be filled with many different fillings. Some are made with vegetarian items, like Cabbage, Onion, Potatos or Spring Onions other vegetables. Others are made with meats, like lamb, mutton or chicken. According to some who understand the local cuisines that include the momo, yak meat was traditionally used. This very specific kind of momo represents a cultural dish that may not get much attention outside of its original food culture.

Other fillings for momo include Cabbage and cheese. These elements, and others like minced meat and vegetables, can be combined with flavoring ingredients like garlic and ginger. Some green herbs may also be added. Many recipes also involve onions or similar flavorful additions.

But today we will make very simple tasty easy and yummy VEG MOMO.

 Carom Seeds/Ajwain: half spoon

Red Chili Powder: half spoon

Tuwar Daal/Arhar Daal (Yellow Pigeon Pea):  150gms

Tomato: 01 medium size

Dhokla @@@



RECEIPE OF DHOKLA:



Dhokla is a pure vegetarian food. This is basically originates from the Gujarat. It is made with a fermented batter derived from Besan (Gram Flour). Dhokla can be eaten for breakfast, as a main course, or as a side dish. It is easy in process and nutritious in properties.

Ingredients:

Besan/Gram Flour: 100-150grams
Chilli powder: half spoon
Eno/Meetha Soda: half spoon
Kari Patta: 15-20 Leaves
Green Chili : 4-5 pieces
Sugar: 01 spoon
Lemon: 01 piece
Salt: half spoon/ as per taste
Mustard: 1-2 spoon


DAHI TURAI ( Curd Ridge Gourd )

There are many vegetables in the market. We make daily with that. But sometimes we want to change the preparation method of that main course meal so that we will feel some different in taste. So we think that today we should make some different dish of daily use vegetables like TOURI ( Ridge Gourd ).

Ingredients: 

Turai ( Ridge Gourd ): 500gms
Dahi : half cup
Cumin powder : half spoon
Black pepper : half spoon
Coriander powder : half to 1 spoon
Onion : 1 medium size
Ginger Garlic : Paste 01 spoon

Dahi Vada



RECEIPE OF DAHI VADA:


To change the taste of daily foods and meals there must be some different taste. One dish of that kind dish is Dahi Vada. This is very easy and tasty dish. Now we will make Dahi Vada today.

Ingredients: 


Urad Dal ( white lentil ) : 200 gms

Curd/Dahi : 500-600gms

Ginger : few cut sliced

Garlic : 5-6 cut sliced

Salt : As per taste

Hing (Asafoetida ) : 1-2 pinch

Mint/ coriander leaves : 8-10leaves
