CHILI PANEER



RECIPE OF CHILI PANEER:



Paneer (Cottage cheese) : 200gms (cut small squire in shape)
Capsicum : 2 medium sizes Cut into thick strips
Spring onion : 1 bunch (cut into ½” sizes)
Ginger : Chopped 1 spoon (1/2” in size)
Garlic : Chopped 1 spoon
Green chili : 3-4 middle sliced
Onion : 3-4 small sizes (half and thickly sliced)
Soya sauce : 3-4 spoons
Chili sauce : 3 spoons
Tomato sauce : 5-6 spoons
Corn floor : 2 spoons (mix with water)
Salt : if required
Black Pepper : if you like
Vegetable Oil : To fry the Paneer


Method:




Wash all capsicum and onion and cut well. Keep it side. Take a Pan, deep fry the Paneer till it becomes lightly brown at corner. Drain and keep it on absorbent paper. Heat another pan and add vegetable oil in a Pan to smoking point, add Ginger, Garlic, and green chili, and cook on medium heat till these change the color. Add onion and capsicum for 5-6 minutes. Now add all sauces like soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce mix well. If you want few more gravy then you can add one cup of water then add corn floor mixture. And cook on high heat stiring until sauce thickens. Add all sliced and fried Paneer and heat for few minutes. Add salt for if required. Chili Paneer is ready to serve. Serve Immediately.
