RECIPE
OF PANEER STUFF CHILLA:
Everyone
wants change and tasty dish with full of nutritious in breakfast especially on Sunday.
Because Sunday is the special day for all working men and women even for house
wife also. If you are a house wife then you will want to make your hubby happy
with different type of Breakfast with hot cup of tea or coffee. So we will now make some tasty and yummy
breakfast for our near and dear.
Ingredients:
Mung
Daal/Moong Bean (Green Gram):
200gms
Paneer
(Cottage Cheese)
: 150gms
Boiled
Potato: 04-05 medium size
Tomato: 01 medium size
Cumin
seed: 01 spoon
Cumin
seed powder: half spoon
Black
pepper: half spoon
Green
Chili: 03-04 Pcs
Garlic:
05 grms
Ginger:
10gms
Salt:
as per taste
Black
salt: 2-3 pinches
Vegetable
Oil: 02-03 spoons
Cheese:
04-5 slice
Butter:
Two spoons
Method:
Soak
the moong daal (Green Gram)
in water for 4-5 hrs, wash it and drain the Moong Daal. Mix Moong Dal with
Ginger, Garlic, and few amount of salt and grind to a smooth paste in blender.
Now we will
make stuff:
Mash
well the paneer and boiled potatoes, add little salt. Take a frying pan. Put
4-5 spoon oil and cook till it becomes hot, add cumin seed when it becomes dark
brown add tomatoes, and cook this for 2 minutes now add whole mix of potatoes
and paneer. Add cumin seed, black pepper, and black salt. Now cook it for
5minutes. Switched off the gas burner. Remove it from gas burner. Let it be
cold.
Tale
non-sticky Dhosa frying pan, add few drops of oil and butter, Spread it well on
whole pan. There should not any more oil on the pan. Now put 3-4 spoon of Moong
Daal paste and spread well all over the pan in circle shape. This spreading
Daal should be as thin as you can. You can also take 2drops of oil on spoon and
spread over the dal and by using this you can make thinner that layer. Let it
cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Now
turn for next side for 3-4 minutes again turn it on first side now
spread the stuff of paneer over half portion of that circle, add few cut onion,
cheese, and fold next half as per attached photos. After two minutes, remove
from gas burner. Keep it in plate and cut in the middle of this chilla and serve this with Coriander
Curd Chutney or tomato ketchup.

Coriander Curd Chutney:
Coriander
Leaves: 20-25 leaf
Tomato:
01 medium size
Curd:
02 spoons
Black
salt: half spoon
Garlic:
5gms
Chili:
2-3 pieces
Method:
Take
coriander leaf and all the above ingredients and wash it properly. Drain it
well and add black salt curd and grind to a smooth paste in blender. Now take
it in small cup now it’s ready to serve.

30-45 minutes
