Crispy Baby Corn



Recipe of Crispy Baby Corn: 



 

Whenever weather looks so pleasing and it may be raining. A drop of rain falls on the earth heart feels so happy and joy. It feels that its rain of happy. And in this type of weather we feels there should be some tasty foods or snack. It makes more pleasing weather and heart. So let us start to make a tasty snack like “CRISPY BABY CORN”



Ingredients:

Baby corn: 15-20 Pcs

Corn Floor: 03-04 spoon

Maida (all-purpose flour) : 01 spoon

Salt: 1-2 pinch

Vegetables oil: to fry the corn

Green Chilli: 2-3 pieces

Ginger: cutting one spoon

Garlic: 4-5 pieces

Onion: 01 medium size

Chilli Sauce:– 1spoon

Vinegar : 1 spoon

Tomato Sauce: 3 spoon



Method:
Cut the baby corn as per desired size. Wash it thoroughly. Make a mixture of Corn floor and maida with cold water put salt. Put baby corn pieces in mixture of Corn floor then fry in the pan. Fry till it becomes lightly brown in corner of corn. Then keep it on plate.
Now take another frying pan put few spoon of oil and  then put cut ginger, garlic, and chilli, when it becomes brown with nice smell then pur cut onion. Fry this onion for 3-5 minutes till it becomes pink in color. Then add tomato sauce,
chill sauce, Vinegar and fry for 2minutes. After mixing of all these then put the fried baby corn and fry for 3-4 minutes. Now serve in plate. Now your crispy baby corn is ready to eat. Enjoy the day with Crispy and yummy baby corn.
